On The Go!

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you visit or use the On The Go! website and services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or create an account. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have any parent or guardian consent required by law, and you must not undertake work that you are not legally permitted to perform.

2. What the Site does

The Site helps people discover short-term work and helps employers publish listings. Unless we expressly say otherwise, On The Go! is a platform provider, not a party to work performed between a member and an employer. We do not guarantee that a listing, employer, member, or work opportunity is suitable or will result in an engagement. Users should make their own checks before agreeing to work.

3. Work agreements and independent contractors

Any agreement to perform work is made directly between the member and the employer. The parties intend engagements arranged through the Site to be independent contractor engagements, not employment by On The Go! or the employer. The member and employer are responsible for agreeing in writing on the scope, fees, payment timing, expenses, deliverables, and other terms before work begins, and for meeting their own tax, insurance, superannuation, safety, and other legal obligations.

The description of an engagement as independent contracting does not determine its legal status. That status depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Accounts, listings, and acceptable use

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Employers must ensure their listings are accurate, lawful, and do not mislead applicants. You must not misuse the Site, submit unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with its operation, or use another person’s information without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain the Site, or comply with law. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; where required, we will handle paid services in accordance with applicable law.

5. Fees, cancellations, and refunds

Fees and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal as described at checkout; it does not automatically refund a payment already made.

Refund requests are considered case by case, taking into account the circumstances, the service supplied, and the applicable terms and law. A request or assessment does not guarantee a refund. This clause does not exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

6. Privacy and personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. Information may include account and contact details, resumes and application materials, employer listing details, and information needed to operate the Site and process payments.

We use information to provide and improve the Site, administer accounts, support applications, communicate with users, and meet legal obligations. If you apply for a role, the information you submit for that application is shared with the relevant employer. Payments are handled by payment providers; their own privacy terms also apply. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and only retain it for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting support@australasianmarketingconsultancy.com.

7. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your decisions and arrangements with other users. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
